Mark visited with Ben several times last year at UCLA hospital where Ben was receiving treatment, and became personal friends of the family. He has kept in touch with the Ostertags and we are all so happy to see his cancer in remission and Ben as enthusiastic as ever.

(from bauergriffinonline.com) Yesterday, Mark Dacascos took a private lesson in Capoeira from Mestre Amen Santo on the shimmering sands in Santa Monica. Capoeira is a form of Brazilian karate that incorporates movement, music, and martial arts. As you can see here also, Mark exclusively trains in half clothing/half birthday suit.
